Certificates may be physical or digital depending on the course format. RESDA reserves the right to withhold certification for violations of academic integrity or incomplete performance.
4. Code of Conduct
All learners must maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout their engagement with RESDA. Harassment, disruptive behavior, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violation of conduct rules may lead to suspension or permanent expulsion without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, branding, and digital assets are the exclusive property of RESDA. Students are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, or commercially using any materials without written consent. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
RESDA collects limited personal data for enrollment, communication, and learning optimization. By using our services, users consent to this data collection and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. All data is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Online Learning Guidelines
For online courses, participants must ensure stable internet access and attendance through approved platforms. RESDA is not responsible for personal technical issues. Misuse of virtual classrooms (e.g., recording or sharing without consent) is prohibited.
8. Partnership and Third Parties
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. RESDA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Refund and Cancellation
If RESDA cancels a course, full refunds will be provided. In case of voluntary withdrawal by the student, no refund will be issued, except under exceptional and verifiable circumstances.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly with RESDA management. If unresolved, legal matters will be governed under the laws of Bangladesh and settled in Dhaka courts.
